ABOUT USPearce Software was first established in the UK in 1987 before moving its operational base to New Zealand in 2000. Our experience spans projects in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Europe and the United States. We work both onsite and remotely in New Zealand, and remotely in the UK. We are highly experienced in OLTP, data architecture and business intelligence design projects, in the cloud and on premises. We have a wide range of experience in all phases of the project life cycle, including project definition, provision of standards and design policies, product, vendor and team selection and project reviews. We are well-versed in a range of database and business intelligence products. We are extensively experienced in managing multidisciplinary technical teams, both on single and distributed sites and across multiple concurrent projects. Our DBA experience spans all aspects of both design and production database administration, including disaster recovery, performance tuning, and the setting of standards. Our review experience includes troubleshooting international multi-enterprise projects. Our business intelligence and database experience has included projects in the utilities, retail, finance, government, telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. |
